Input the 2026 assessed value from your Revenue Neutral Rate notice or Property Tax Statement and we will estimate it for you. The assessed value is 11.5% of the appraised value of residential properties and 25% of the appraised value of commercial properties.
The three largest sources of property taxes are the County, City (or Township) and School District.
